市场重心持续东移,中国势力试图崛起。先进工艺工程费用越来越高,再加上智能手机之后,被寄予厚望的新应用对半导体市场增长贡献有限。国际上颇为成熟的半导体产业迎来了大并购时代。继2015年收购金额创历史记录之后,2016年国际并购走向更深层次。各细分领域领头羊纷纷被收编,从百花齐放到几家争雄的趋势很明显。

The focus of the market continued eastward, China forces to rise. Advanced technology and engineering costs are getting higher and higher, and coupled with smart phones, the new applications are expected to contribute to the growth of the semiconductor market which is limited. International mature semiconductor industry ushered in the time of big mergers and acquisitions. Following the acquisition amount in 2015 after a record, in 2016 the international mergers and acquisitions had been to a deeper level. All segments of the leader have been incorporated,such as from several flowers bloomed together to some hegemony.
