摘要
该文在绿色建筑投资决策中引入模糊数学理论,辨析了绿色建筑成本和效益的构成要素,并根据工程实践和相关理论对增量成本和增量效益分别给出量化方法,针对绿色建筑成本及投资回报从投资人角度进行经济评价,建立了基于模糊数学的投资决策模型,并对结论进行了分析和讨论。
Theory of Fuzzy Math is introduced in the investment decision of green architecture, whose constitution of cost and benefit is analyzed, and quantitative methods for incremental cost and incremental benefit are presented based on practical cases and relevant theories. The cost and return on investment of green architectures are evaluated economically, the investment decision model is established based on fuzzy math and the conclusions are analyzed and discussed.
