复式钢管混凝土轴压性能有限元分析

摘要 外方内圆中空夹层钢管混凝土具有诸多特点和广阔的应用前景,但是其破坏时主要表现为内外钢管的局部屈曲。为提高钢管抵抗局部屈曲的能力,该文提出在内外钢管之间设置纵向加劲肋,构成了一种新型复式钢管混凝土。在建立准确的ABAQUS有限元分析模型基础上,研究了此种复式钢管混凝土的轴压性能,发现与普通中空夹层钢管混凝土相比,其破坏形态得到了明显改善,承载力及延性有明显的提高。 The sandwich steel tube concrete, exteriorly square, interiorly round and hollow, has many superiorities and wide application prospects, but its deformation is largely presented as the partial buckling of the exterior and interior steel tube. To improve the steel tube's resistance to partial buckling,this paper presents that stiffening ribs should be placed between the exterior and interior steel tubes to construct a new composite concrete-filled steel tube. Based on the accurately established ABAQUS finite element analysis model, the axial compressive performanceof composite concrete-filled steel tubes are studied, and just to find that compared with ordinary hollow sandwich steel tube concrete the new one's deformation has been strikingly improved, with its bearing capacity and extension performance significantly enhanced.
