摘要
该文介绍了采用水压爆破技术爆破拆除装配式拱桥的一整套工艺技术。由于装配式拱桥在爆破拆除施工中存在空心拱圈、构件壁薄等困难,使得钻孔施工工程量大、施工困难。采用在构件中预先注水,然后再安装药包爆破的方法能使各钢筋混凝土构件在爆炸冲击波的作用下充分解体,从而达到快速拆除危旧桥梁的目的。
This paper introduces the full technological flow of water pressure blasting to demolish fabricated arch bridges. The difficulties like hollow arch and thin-walled components existing in the blasting demolition construction of fabricated arch bridges make the drilling construction hard and time-consuming. The blasting method of "pre-pouring water into components and then placing explosive packages" can make the reinforced concrete components fully disentangled influenced by the shock wave, thus, fast demolishing dangerous or old bridges.
