Proactive maintenance research for HX type locomotives based on information platform

文章阐述主动性维修的优势,并与传统的定时维修进行对比分析;介绍了一种基于信息化平台的和谐型机车主动性维修实施方案及其系统构成,并对其车载信息统计及维修策略分析系统和地面专家系统进行了详细说明;提出了一种与和谐型机车更相适应的主动性维修方式,以达到提高机车可用性、降低检修成本的目的。

This paper describes the advantages of proactive maintenance, and compares with the traditional hard time maintenance. An implementation plan and its composition for HX type locomotives are presented based on information platform. The system of on-board information statistics and maintenance strategy analysis as well as ground expert system is explained detailedly. A kind of proactive maintenance more appropriate for HX type locomotives is presented to improve locomotive availability and reduce its maintenance cost.
