摘要 详细介绍了3种常用金属模具材料的国内外研究与应用现状,列举出常用模具钢的化学成分和热加工工艺,并介绍了金属模具材料的表面强化处理技术,提出了目前金属模具材料存在的问题及发展趋势。将国内外模具材料进行对比,总结出国内模具材料缺乏竞争力的根本原因是模具材料的种类少、质量参差不齐、配套体系不完善、售后服务跟不上等,针对模具各零件性能要求的不同,提出企业不同的模具零部件采用不同材料的观点。 The research and application status of three kinds of common metal die & mould materials were presented in detail. The chemical composition and heat treatment technology of common die & mould steel were enumerated, and the surface strengthening technology of metal die & mould materials was introduced. Then the existing problems and development trends of metal die & mould material were put forward. Compared the domestic and foreign die & mould material, the main reason for the lack of competitive- ness of domestic die & mould materials was that the die & mould material types were too less, the quality were uneven, the matching system was imperfect, and the after-sales ser- vice could not keep up, and so on. In view of different performance and requirements of die & mould parts, the viewpoint that different parts of the enterprise were formed by dif- ferent materials was oroposed.
