摘要 介绍两厢汽车顶盖外板尾部容易产生波浪的原因,通过计算机仿真模拟和试验验证相结合的方法,对产生波浪问题进行了分析,基于抗凹理论,最终解决了此问题,并运用Autoform软件对顶盖的3种方案进行了抗凹刚度模拟试验,分析了3种方案的优劣。 The reasons that some waves were easily produced on the rear of the hatchback car roof panel were introduced. The wave problem was analyzed combining computer simu- lation with experimental verification. Based on the dent resistance theory, the wave prob- lem was solved. The stiffness of dent resistance was simulated for three schemes of the roof by using Autoform software. Also their advantages and disadvantages were analyzed.
