摘要 针对薄壁环锻件热处理过程中易发生变形问题,设计了组合式的防变形模具,热处理前将锻件放入模具,并置于热处理框中,有效解决锻件热处理变形的难题。实践证明,该组合模具不仅能够防止薄壁环锻件热处理变形,还能用于一定尺寸范围的薄壁环锻件生产。模具适用性好、结构简单、使用方便,可为类似锻件的预防热处理变形提供参考。 In order to solve the deformation problem occurred in the heat treatment process of thin-walled ring forgeable piece, a combined anti-deformation die was designed. It would effectively prevent deformation when the forgeable pieces were put into die and placed in heat treatment frame before heat treatment. Practice proved that the combined anti-deforma- tion die could not only prevent deformation of thin-walled ring forgeable piece, but also use in production of thin-walled ring forgeable piece with a certain size. The die was appli- cative and convenient to use, its structure was simple, which provide reference for similar forgeable piece to prevent deformation in heat treatment.
