中西医结合医学在治疗妇科和产科疾病方面都具有显著优势。早在公元1237年,第一本致力于中医妇产科学的专著《妇人大全良方》问世。然而仍需要更多的大型、随机、多中心临床试验来完善和加强中西医结合医学在治疗妇女疾病方面的循证基础。
