摘要
针对螺旋槽轴承的设计、制造和性能评价,从仿生设计、润滑理论、摩擦磨损和制造技术四方面综述螺旋槽轴承的研究进展。螺旋槽轴承有轴槽轴承、止推轴承、圆锥面和球面螺旋槽轴承以及变结构螺旋槽轴承,其常用的润滑剂有空气、润滑油、水和润滑脂,其润滑分析的方法有有限差分法、有限元法和边界元法;摩擦性能有摩擦特性的Stribeck曲线、摩擦力矩;磨损性能有磨损机制、磨损率和耐磨寿命;制造方法有数控铣削、成形车床车削、扭转挤压加工、掩膜腐蚀加工和激光加工等。提出螺旋槽轴承存在的技术问题,以期为提高螺旋槽轴承的性能和螺旋槽轴承的更广泛应用提供基础。
For the design, manufacturing and performance of groove hearings, the state of the art oi such beanngs was re- viewed with respect to their bionic design, lubrication theory, friction, wear and manufacturing technology. The types of groove bearings have spool bearing, thrust bearing, conical bearing, spherical bearing and those with variable geometry.The lubricants frequently used are air,oil ,water and grease, and the computation methods of lubrication have finite differential method,finite element method and boundary element method.The friction performance of such bearings has Stribeck curve and friction moment, and their wear performance has wear mechanisms, wear rate and anti-wear life. The manufacturing methods have digital controlled milling, form turning,twist squeezing, cover mold corrosion and laser beam cutting etc.The existing problems of groove bearings were proposed, in order to provide a base for improvement of their performance and wide application of groove bearings.
