多孔磷酸钙的制备及其对糖汁清净工艺的研究 被引量:2

摘要 磷酸-石灰法是近代制糖工艺中重要的澄清脱色方法之一。以磷酸-石灰法絮凝澄清后的滤渣(主要成分为吸附了糖汁色素、胶体和其它杂质的磷酸钙微粒)为研究对象。模拟分子印迹原理,对糖汁澄清脱色后的滤渣进行高温灼烧,除去磷酸钙表面的色素分子、胶体物质和其它杂质,最终得到多孔的磷酸钙。以脱色率为指标,考察了反应温度、反应pH和吸附时间等因素下的多孔磷酸钙对糖汁脱色率的影响,并通过响应面分析法确定最佳工艺条件。最佳条件为:反应温度80℃、反应pH 6.0、吸附时间30 min,糖汁脱色率为38.15%。 Phosphate-lime method is one of important clarification decoloring methods in modern sugar manufacturing, based on the method of phosphate-lime flocculation clarifying the residue after(main ingredients for adsorption of sugar juice pigment, colloidal calcium phosphate particles and other impurities) as the research object. Simulate principle of molecular imprinting, decolorize sugar juice clarification residue after high temperature calcination, remove calcium phosphate on the surface of the pigment molecules, colloidal substance and other impurities, resulte porous calcium phosphate. The decolorization rate is seen as the index to study the effect of the reaction temperature, preliming pH and adsorption time of porous calcium phosphate on the influence of sugar juice decolorization rate, and optimum technological conditions are determined by response surface. The results show that the optimal reaction temperature is 80 ℃, the preliming pH is 6.0, and adsorption time is 30 min. Under the optimal conditions, the decolorization rate reaches 38.15%.
