摘要
针对某啤酒厂自动化系统现有数据集成方法,提出一种基于OPC标准的数据集成与通信构架。统一的技术规范既可以解决啤酒车间数据异构性的现状,提升啤酒生产的自动化程度,又可以实现车间到SCADA再到MES的垂直信息通信,提高了控制系统的实时性与开放性。最后,将OPC服务器与西门子PLC S7-300进行通讯组态,再由Simatic Wincc软件对现场数据进行监控测试,验证了OPC数据集成与通信的可行性。
In view of the existing data integration method for a brewery automation system, a data integration and communication architecture based on OPC standard is proposed. Unified technical specification can not only solve the problem of heterogeneous beer shop floor data, improve the automation of beer production, but also realize the workshop to the SCADA and MES vertical information communication, improve the real-time and open control system. Finally, the OPC server and SIEMENS S7-300 PLC for communication configuration, and then by the Simatic Wincc software to monitor the field data test, verify the feasibility of OPC data integration and communication.
