摘要 分析了恒压变量柱塞泵的工作原理和机能,利用AMESim的液压机械信号库建立该型恒压变量柱塞泵的仿真模型,根据恒压变量柱塞泵实际的结构与尺寸设置仿真模型的各个参数,对恒压变量柱塞泵静动态特性进行仿真研究,得出了恒压变量柱塞泵工作时泵口的压力和流量特性曲线。将其与恒压变量柱塞泵的流量压力样本特性曲线对比,具有一定吻合度,说明所建立的该型恒压变量柱塞泵仿真模型是比较准确的。同时得出了恒压变量柱塞泵的超调量及恒压调整时间。 By analyzed the working principle and function of constant pressure variable piston pump, the hydraulic mechanical signal library was used in AMESim to establish the simulation model of constant pressure variable piston pump. By setting all parameters of the simulation model according to the actual structure and size of constant pressure variable piston pump, the simulation research of the constant pressure variable piston pump of static and dynamic characteristics was carried out. The constant pressure variable piston pump of working pump inlet pressure and flow characteristic curve was concluded. Comparing it with the constant pressure variable piston pump of flow characteristic curve of pressure sample, there was a certain alignment. It is shown that the type of the constant pressure variable piston pump of simulation model is relatively accurate. At the same time, the constant pressure variable piston pump of rise time and overshoot volume are concluded.
