超深浮式钻井绞车型升沉补偿系统绞车体结构设计

摘要 介绍一种超深浮式钻井绞车型升沉补偿系统的原理。对绞车体进行了参数计算和结构设计,采用Solid Works建立了绞车体的三维实体模型,利用ANSYS Workbench进行了绞车体的有限元分析。结果表明:结构布局合理,结构强度符合静力学要求。研究结果将为绞车型升沉补偿系统的结构设计提供参考。 The principle of a ultra-deep drilling winch-type heave compensation system was introduced. The parameter calculation and structure design of the winch body were carried out, the three-dimensional model of the winch body was drawn by SolidWorks CAD software, and ANSYS Workbeneh was used to make finite element analysis with winch body. The results shows that the design process is correct, the structure of the layout is reasonable and structural strength meets the requirements of statics. The results will provide the basis for the design of the structure of the winch type heave compensation system.
