摘要
高地隙喷雾机可调式支撑腿上部连接承载着底盘机架、发动机及传动系统、药液箱及喷雾系统和驾驶室等部件,下部安装液压马达、轮胎等驱动行走系统,是实现高地隙喷雾机高度调节和轮距调节的核心关键部件。通过建立高地隙喷雾机可调式支撑腿三维数字样机模型,利用有限元方法计算了支撑腿不同调节工况位置下核心承载部件的结构强度,并根据计算结果对薄弱部位进行了加强设计。结果表明:该结构设计合理,为支撑腿结构最终定型和参数确认提供了理论依据和数据支撑,并在样机试制和作业试验中得到应用和验证。
Adjustable support legs of upper part of highland gap sprayer carry the chassis frame, the engine, transmission, chem- icals liquid box and spray system, cab and other components, and the lower installs hydraulic motors, tires and other drive running system, that is a key component of highland gap sprayer to achieve adjustable height and track width. Through building the three dimensional (3D) digital prototype model of highland gap sprayer adjustable support leg, using the finite element method (FEM) to calculate the structural strength of the lower support legs of key bearing components in different conditions location, and according to the calculation result, the weak parts were improved in design. The results show that the structural design is rational, which provides a theoretical basis and data support for the final shape and structure parameter validation, and will be applied and verified in the prototype trial pro- duction and field tests.
