摘要
利用100cm的长光程波导纤维比色池,采用4-氨基安替比林分光光度法直接测定地表水中低含量的挥发酚。水样经预蒸馏后,取馏出液25mL,依次加入pH 10.7的氯化铵-氨水缓冲溶液0.25mL、2g·L^(-1) 4-氨基安替比林溶液0.5mL、80g·L^(-1)铁氰化钾溶液0.5mL,混匀后,移入长光程比色池中,于510nm处测量吸光度。挥发酚的质量浓度在1.00~40.0μg·L^(-1)内与对应的吸光度呈线性关系,检出限(3s)为0.257μg·L^(-1),加标回收率在95.7%~107%之间。
Spectrophotometry with 4-aminoantipyrine as reagent was applied to the determination of low contents of volatile phenol in surface water by using a waveguide fiber colorimetric cell with a long optical path of 100 cm After pre-distillation of the sample, 25 mL of the distillate were taken, and 0. 25 mL of buffer solution of NH4Cl and aq. ammonia (pH 10. 7), 0.5 mL of 2 g·L^-1 4-aminoantipyrine solution, and 0. 5 mL of 80 g ·L^-1 K3Fe(CN)6 solution were added in succession. After mixing, the solution was transferred to the long optical path colorimetric cell and the absorbance was measured at 510 nrn. A linear relationship was found between the absorbance and the mass concentration of volatile phenol in the range of 1.00-40. 0 μg·L^-1, with detection limit (3s) of 0. 257μg·L^-1. Recovery rates obtained by standard addition method were in the range of 95.7%-107%.
