钢纤维混凝土路面接缝传荷能力试验研究 被引量:2

Test and Study of Joint Load Transfer Efficiency in Steel Fiber Concrete Pavement

摘要 为研究正常使用状态下钢纤维水泥混凝土路面接缝的传荷性能影响因素及其衰减规律,对10块普通水泥混凝土路面板和10块钢纤维混凝土路面板进行了疲劳荷载试验。试件分别采用不同的传力杆直径、长度、混凝土板厚度及钢纤维掺量,分析了不同因素对钢纤维路面板接缝传荷能力的影响。结果表明:掺加钢纤维能够有效提高路面板的传荷能力,降低传荷能力衰减速率;钢纤维混凝土路面板的传荷能力随钢纤维掺量的增加而增大,受传力杆直径、长度影响较小;普通水泥混凝土路面板的传荷能力在最初加载的7万次过程中衰减明显,之后衰减缓慢;传力杆直径、长度及混凝土板厚度的增加,均能够提高接缝的传荷效率,但提高幅度十分有限。 In order to study the load transfer efficiency influence factors and attenuation law of steel fiber reinforced concrete(SFRC)pavement joint in normal service conditions,10 cement concrete pavement specimens and 10SFRC pavement specimens are tested.Specimens with different dowel bar diameter,length,thickness of concrete slab and content of steel fiber are tested by taking different kinds of factors into account on influence of the joint load transfer ability in SFRC pavement.Steel fiber can improve the load transfer of pavement effectively and reduce the attenuation rate of load transfer efficiency.The load transfer ability of SFRC pavement is increasing with the increment of steel fiber and less obvious with different diameter or length of dowel bar.The load transfer ability of normal cement concrete pavement slabs enter a serious recession in the initial loading of 70,000times.The joint load transfer efficiency can be improved with the increase of dowel bar diameter,length and the thickness of the concrete slabs but with limited range.
