农村剩余劳动力转移的路径分析——以新疆南疆为例

我国农业正处于从传统农业向现代农业转变的关键时期,农村剩余劳动力问题已成为制约转变的主要瓶颈。本文以新疆南疆为例,对南疆农业剩余劳动力转移的现状和存在的问题进行分析,提出了解决南疆农业剩余劳动力转移问题的对策,以期为进一步推动南疆社会稳定和现代化发展提供思路。

the agriculture of our country is in a critical modern agriculture, the rural surplus labor problem has period of transition from traditional agriculture to become the main bottleneck of transformation. In this paper, the southern Xinjiang as an example, analysis the current situation of agricultural surplus labor and existing problems in the south of Xinjiang , puts forward the countermeasures to solve the problem of southern Xinjiang agriculture surplus labor transfer, in order to further promote social stability and development bring the new ideas.
