摘要
大型锻造液压操作机钳架的设计需要满足大缓冲力、大缓冲行程及高效率的要求。通过将弹簧缓冲与节流、溢流及蓄能器三种液压缓冲方式作用下钳架运动的缓冲控制特性进行对比,获得既能够满足大锻件液压操作机钳架大缓冲力的缓冲要求,还能实现快速复位的装置模型,为大型操作机的设计提供了技术支持。
The design of tong frame of the large-scale forging hydraulic manipulator should satisfy the requirements of sufficient buffer force, long buffer stroke and high efficiency. The buffer characteristics of tong frame motion were compared by using differ- ent buffer mode such as spring buffer and hydraulic buffer including throttling,overflow value and accumulator,the results indi- cate that the accumulator buffer mode was identified as to the requirements of the sufficient buffer force and quickly reset for the tong frame of the large-scale forging hydraulic manipulator. The research could provide some important technical support for the design of large-scale manipulator system.
