摘要
考虑到水平贯穿裂纹的存在将影响管的疲劳寿命,根据断裂力学理论,引入因裂纹扩展而释放的应变能表达式。运用有限元法建立含水平贯穿裂纹管单元的动力学模型,进而在管单元模型的基础上应用有限元法建立含水平裂纹管的耦合动力学方程,最后通过对比性实验对理论分析结果进行验证。研究表明,基于有限元法所建立的动力学方程较好体现了含水平贯穿裂纹管的动态性能与其结构参数、材料参数、裂纹参数之间的内在关系。
Considering the influences of horizontal through crack on the fatigue life, the formula of strain energy of cracked pipe is introduced based on the theory of fracture mechanics. The dynamic model of pipe unit with horizontal through crack is established by the finite element method. Based on the dynamic model of cracked pipe element ,the dynamic equation of the pipe with horizon- tal penetrating crack is obtained. The studies show that the dynamic equation discovers the internal relation between the dynamic characters of pipe with horizontal penetrating crack and the structural parameters ,material parameters and crack parameters.
