摘要
采用氰尿酰氯活化的单甲氧基聚乙二醇(CC-mPEG)为修饰剂,对磷脂酶A1(PLA1)进行化学修饰,以期提高其稳定性和催化效率。结果表明,当CC-mPEG与PLA1的摩尔比为10,修饰酶(MPLA1)的修饰率为14%时,MPLA1的热稳定性、p H稳定性、贮藏稳定性和催化效率较PLA1均有提高。
In order to improve the stability and catalytic efficiency of PLA1, the PLA1 was modified with the activated monomethoxypolyethylene glycol(CC-m PEG). The result were as follows: mole ratio of CC-m PEG to PLA 10, its modification rate of amino residue was 14%, then thermostability, p H stability, storage stability and catalytic efficiency of MPLA1 were improved.
