摘要 成熟的小麦(Triticurn小麦L.)胚乳中至少含有2种不同的淀粉颗粒群体:大的A-型淀粉颗粒和小的B-型淀粉颗粒。综述了小麦淀粉A-、B-型淀粉颗粒的分离纯化方法,并分析了两者理化性质的差异。 Mature wheat(Triticurn wheat L.) endosperm contains at least two distinct starch granule populations: the large A-type granules and small B-type starch granules. The primary goal of this study was to assess and contrast A- and B-type granule starch separation and purification as well as characteristics and properties.
