β-胡萝卜素晶体溶剂残留检测的研究

摘要 使用顶空-气相色谱-质谱法研究了不同的稀释剂、样品量及标曲区间的选择对β-胡萝卜素晶体溶剂残留检测结果的影响,同时根据实验结果制定了最适合的β-胡萝卜素溶残检测方法。该方法能够完全分离乙醇、乙酸乙酯、异丙醇和乙酸异丁酯,4种不同溶剂的梯度加标回收率在97.2%~102.4%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)在2.8%~6.9%(n=6)之间,均小于10%,由此可见此方法的精密度和准确度良好,能满足日常分析的要求,为天然胡萝卜素晶体中有机溶剂残留量的检测与评价提供了依据。 A new method for determination of the organic solvent residue in β-carotene crystal by headspace gas chromatography mass spectrometry was established in this paper. The method could completely separate ethanol, acetone, ethyl acetate, isopropyl alcohol and isobutyl acetate, the recoveries under three spiked levels were 97.2%~102.4%, and the relative standard deviations were 2.8%~6.9%(n=6) which were all less than 10%. The established method could meet daily analysis demand, which had good selectivity and high precision recovery, for the detection of organic solvent in β-carotene crystal.
