鼻咽癌放疗患者心理弹性状况及影响因素的研究

Analysis of psychological resilience and its influencing factors in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma

目的调查鼻咽癌放疗患者心理弹性现状,并探讨其影响因素。方法采用问卷调查法,应用心理弹性量表、自我效能感量表、社会支持评定量表、医学应对量表以及自设的一般资料调查问卷对某三级甲等医院头颈放疗科住院的120名鼻咽癌放疗患者实施调查。结果鼻咽癌放疗患者的心理弹性总分为(60.08±10.48)分,低于中国社区人群平均水平(t=-4.61,P<0.001);鼻咽癌放疗患者年龄、教育程度、医保类型、家庭月收入、社会支持利用度、面对应对、屈服应对7个因子进入心理弹性的多元回归方程,共解释了总变异的59.3%。结论鼻咽癌放疗患者的心理弹性较差,年龄、教育程度、医保类型、家庭月收入、社会支持利用度、面对应对及屈服应对是影响心理弹性的重要因素。

Objective To evaluate the psychological resilience condition and influencing factors of nasopharyngeal cancer patients undergoing radiotherapy. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted. The self-designed demo- graphic questionnaire, the Connor Davidson resilience scale,the general self-efficacy scale, the social support rating scale and the medical coping modes questionnaire were delivered to 120 nasopharyngeal cancer patients who were un- dergoing radiotherapy in a grade 3A Hospital. Results The overall resilience score for nasopharyngeal cancer patients undergoing radiotherapy was（80.08＋ 10.48）. Seven factors including age, education level, health insurance type, family income, social support utilization degree, confront and resignation coping style entered the multiple regression equation and explained 59.3 % of all the variation. Conclusion Nasopharyngeal cancer patients undergoing radiothera- py have poor resilience. Age, education level, health insurance type, family income, social support utilization de- gree, confront and resignation coping style are important influencing factors.
