摘要 为提高磁控电弧焊缝自动跟踪系统的稳定性与跟踪精度,引入拉丁超立方取样试验设计方法和Kriging代理模型技术,建立磁控电弧传感器的参数(励磁频率、励磁电流、磁极间隙、线圈匝数)预测模型;分析磁控电弧传感器的主要参数对焊缝跟踪信号的影响规律及其在焊接过程中的稳定性;选取传感器参数的优化设计点,试验验证磁控电弧传感器参数优化的可靠性.结果表明,优化后的焊缝跟踪传感信号波形明显,且干扰少,由于提高了信号的信噪比,从根本上提高了焊缝跟踪的准确性和稳定性. In order to improve the stability of magneticcontrol arc weld automatic tracking system and the tracking precision,the Latin hypercube sampling test design method and the technology of Kriging surrogate model was used to establish the prediction model of the magnetic-control arc sensor parameters( excitation frequency,excitation current,the magnetic gap,coil number of turns),analyze the main parameters of magnetic-control arc sensor on the influence law of seam tracking signal and its stability in welding process,then select the optimized sensor parameters as designed parameters. The reliability of the optimized magnetic-control arc sensor parameters was verified by experiments. Finally,the results testified that the waveform of the optimized seam tracking sensor signal was obvious and less disturbance. The improved noise ratio of the signal fundamentally improved the stability and the accuracy of seam tracking.
