摘要
为了研究高效合金烘烤在转炉炼钢中的应用,对高效合金烘烤装置在转炉炼钢生产中的应用进行了实践研究。结果表明,对比传统合金烘烤方式,高效合金烘烤装置可在2~4h内将15t铁合金升温至400~600℃,进而有效去除铁合金内的结晶水。当铁合金实际温度达到450℃时,可将钢中氢质量分数降低至0.000 150%以下,同时出钢温度降低20.31℃,转炉终点碳质量分数提高0.027%,脱氧剂消耗降低20%。在满足洁净钢生产的同时,可降低生产成本。
To study the application of efficiency alloy baking in converter steelmaking,the efficient alloy baking device was applied in the production of converter steelmaking.Results showed that compared to the traditional alloy baking method,the high alloy baking device can heat 15 tferroalloy to 400-600℃ within 2-4hours,which can effectively remove the water of crystallization in ferroalloy.When the actual temperature of ferroalloy reached 450℃,the hydrogen mass fraction in steel can be reduced to below 0.000 150%,the tapping temperature can reduce by 20.31℃,the converter end-point carbon mass fraction can increase by 0.027%,and the consumption of deoxidizer can reduce by20%.Therefore,it can decrease the production cost,while meeting the production of clean steel.
