酒店业低碳化发展的激励机制研究

虽然旅游产业被称为无烟产业、绿色产业,但是作为旅游业的三大支柱产业之一的酒店业物质和能源消耗非常严重。目前,酒店业已经是旅游业温室气体排放的重要来源,因此酒店业的低碳化发展是低碳旅游的必经之路。文章分析了在信息对称和不对称的情况下,如何加强政策与行为引导、完善政府监督机制来减少环境污染。

Hospitality industry is an important source of greenhouse gas emissions of tourism industry beacause of its consumption of material and energy.So the low carbonization of hospitality industry is the path of low-carbon tourism. Guided by the principal-agent theory, from the Angle of incentive and constraint, building the govern- ment incentive model of the hospitality low carbon development.Besides, Centered on the clean development mechanism and carbon trading mechanism, buihing the hospitality operation mechanism of low carbon develop- ment model. Finally ,papers put forward low carbon industry guarantee measures from strengthen policy and be- havior guide, perfect the government supervision mechanism, strengthen the hotel low carbon propaganda and cultivating talents on low carbon four aspects
