摘要
"一带一路"战略是我国提出并极力推行的重要战略,该战略所涉及的国家的经济发展呈现一定的特点:发展水平落后且方式粗放、资源集中生产且集中消耗、人口活动密集且环境脆弱。而"一带一路"战略对国际物流提出了新要求:大力发展国际多式联运、打通多式联运的物流通道、构建统一的物流标准。在此新形势下,连云港作为新亚欧大陆桥的起点,具备发展国际多式联运的条件与优势,但同时也面临各类竞争。国内港口例如青岛港在腹地经济、货代服务、一体化战略方面对连云港形成了竞争;而国外类似线路西伯利亚大陆桥在运费成本、便捷通关也具有较大的竞争优势。连云港应从通关手续、浮动费率、口岸协作方面采取措施抵抗竞争。
The strategy of "B&R" is an important strategy put forward by the Chinese government. The economic development of the country involved in this strategy is characterized by the backwardness of the development lev- el, extensive production, centralized consumption, intensive population activities and environment, fragile. The "B&R" strategy of international logistics has put forward new requirements: to develop international muhimodal transport, open up the muhimodal transport logistics channel, to build a unified logistics standards. In this new situation, Lianyungang as the starting point of the new Eurasian Continental Bridge, with the development of in- ternational muhimodal transport conditions and advantages, but also face all kinds of competition. Domestic ports, such as Qingdao port in the hinterland of the economy, freight forwarding services, integration strategy Lianyun- gang formed a competition; and foreign similar lines Siberia Continental Bridge in the cost of freight, convenient customs clearance also has a greater competitive advantage. Lianyungang should take measures to combat compe- tition from customs clearance procedures, floating rates and port cooperation.
