本论文通过采用文献法和调查法等方法,对建设工程项目招投标管理的现状进行深入分析,并在此基础上找出目前建设工程招投标管理过程中存在的主要问题,并且分析产生此类问题的原因。针对这些问题的原因提出招投标管理规范化的对策,使这类问题在今后招投标管理实施过程中能够得到有效地避免,从而既可以规范建筑行业的行为又可以提高企业的经济效益和社会效益。

In this paper, through the use of literature and surveys and other methods, the status of the construction project bidding management depth analysis and to identify the main problems in construction engineering bidding management process currently exists on this basis, and analysis to produce such cause of the problem, for the reasons for these problems raise the bidding standardized management strategies, so that this kind of problem in the future management of the implementation of the bidding process can be effectively avoided, so as to either regulate the behavior of the construction industry and improve economic efficiency of enterprises and social benefits.
