西宁市城东区城市贫困问题研究

Study on Urban Poverty in Chengdong District of Xining City

20世纪90年代以来,伴随着我国贫困类型转向,城市贫困人口不断上升,城市贫困问题受到社会各界关注。城东区作为西宁市区人口大区,位于于青海省省会西宁市东部,地处湟水河谷地带,是西宁市的东大门。因此,素有西宁旱码头之称,区位优势比较明显。区域依托西宁经济技术开发区,是西宁市重要的工业聚集区,区内工业企业星罗棋布。内在资源优势明显的同时,城东区也是西宁市四区中的低保大区,本文对此进行分析并提出具体对策。

Since the 90s of last century, with the shift of poverty type in China, the urban poverty population has been rising, and the problem of urban poverty has been concerned by the community. Chengdong District, as a large population area of Xining city, is located in the eastern part of Xining city, the provincial capital of Qinghai province. It is the east gate of Xining city. Therefore, known as Xining dry dock, said the location advantage is obvious. Area relying on Xining Economic and Technological Development Zone, Chengdong District is also an important industrial gathering area of Xining City, the region is dotted with industrial enterprises. The inner re- sources advantage is obvious at the same time, Chengdong District is also the four districts of Xining City in the low-maintenance area, this paper analyzes and puts forward specific countermeasures.
