摘要
为保证避难硐室监控系统的备用电源应能在交流停电的情况下使系统正常工作不低于96h,根据监控系统设备种类多、单个设备功耗较小的特点,设计出一种本质安全型备用电源。详细介绍了该备用电源的硬件设计和软件设计,其中硬件设计包括:备用电池组的设计、充电电路设计、输出保护电路设计、电源管理电路设计。该电源可减少能量传递过程中的损耗,提高电池的使用效率,并采用本安技术减轻了产品重量及安装难度,提高了产品的可靠性。
To ensure at least 96 hours normal functioning of standby power supply during the blackout in coal mine refuge chamber,according to the various kinds of equipment monitoring system,and the low power consumption of single equipment,an intrinsically safe standby power supply was designed.The hardware and software design was introduced in detail,the hardware design comprised standby battery pack,charging circuit,output protection circuit and power management circuit.The power supply can reduce the loss of the energy transfer process,improve use efficiency of the battery,reduce the weight and installation difficulty,and improve the reliability.
