摘要
对于回采高度大于综采工作面进风巷、回风巷高度的厚及特厚煤层综采工作面来说,因受工艺、技术、设备配套的制约,两巷顶煤基本不进行回收。为了研究两巷顶煤回收技术,以补连塔煤矿7m大采高重型综采工作面为研究对象,提出了通过设备改造及工艺优化实现两巷顶煤回收的方案。通过研究得出回风巷顶煤比进风巷顶煤容易回收的结论,并提出两种回风巷顶煤回收的方案,在该综采工作面回采过程中实现了回风巷顶煤部分回收技术,回收巷道顶煤宽×高为3.5m×2.5m,证明了两巷顶煤回收的可行性。
For the working face with mining height greater than working face roadways in fully mechanized working face of thick and extra thick coal seam,because of the technology,equipment supporting the control,the top coal of working face roadways is not recycled.In order to study the technology of top coal recovery in the two roadways,based on the engineering background of fully mechanized working face with large cutting height in Bulianta Coal Mine,a top coal recovery scheme was proposed by means of equipment reconstruction and process optimization.Research showed that,top coal recovery in air return way was easier than air way.Two top coal recovery schemes was proposed for the air return way,and partial recovery of top coal was realized,the size of recovered top coal was 3.5m×2.5m,which proved the feasibility of top coal recovery in working face roadway.
