急倾斜松软突出煤层采煤工作面过垮冒区技术

Technology for mining face crossing collapse area in steeply inclined weak and outburst coal seam

为了快速、安全、经济的通过李子垭南二井3101综采工作面突出煤层垮冒区,针对煤层平均倾角48°、顶底板岩层松软、连续突出空洞垮冒区长达120m的困难条件,首先采用在底板抽放巷布置穿层钻孔探测空洞范围,然后采取注浆充填固化方法处理突出空洞。经现场验证,该施工方案不仅可顺利通过突出煤层采煤工作面垮冒区,而且具有显著的经济效益。

In order to rapidly,safely and economically cross the outburst coal seam collapse area in 3101 mining face of Liziya No.2 South Mine,according to the difficult conditions of average inclination of 48°,soft roof and floor rock,120 m continuous outburst collapse area,the void area was detected in floor drainage roadway,and the outburst void was treated with grouting.The application result showed that,with the construction scheme the coal mining face crossed outburst collapse area successfully,and created significant economic benefits.
