摘要
由于通过近似公式计算值,并从分配指标表中查得各密度级分配率来预测重选产品数质量的方法较繁琐,为了简单准确地评价与预测重选作业效果,确定各密度级的分配率,文章通过对分配曲线的研究提出了一种"S"形曲线的数学模型,并结合生产数据对重力选煤产品进行预测,预测结果误差很小。
As it is complicated to predict the rate of product quality and quantity through the existing calculation methods,which calculates t value through the approximate formula and then check the distribution rates of the density grades through distribution index table.In order to simply and accurately evaluate and predict gravity separation of coal,a mathematical model of S-shaped curve was proposed based on the research of distribution curve,and according to the production data of several coal preparation plant,coal product of gravity separation was predicted.
