摘要 针对现有矿用瓦斯突出参数仪测量精度不高,压差分辨率低,操作复杂导致测定结果准确率下降等问题,设计了一种以测量瓦斯解析指标K1为主要功能的高精度矿用瓦斯突出预测仪。仪器以STM32F103ZET6为控制核心,利用高精度数字表压型传感器MEAS1220A测量瓦斯突出压力,利用24位精度的A/D转换器ADS1218把传感器输出的电压值转换成数字量并进行数字滤波,采用最小二乘拟合算法对传感器进行静态校准,极大的提高了测量精度。矿井下的实际测量表明仪器具有测量精度和压差分辨率高、性能稳定、易操作、功耗低、响应速度快、预测结果准确等特点。 Aiming at the dissatisfied accuracy of current mine gas outburst parameter instrument,the low resolution of differential pressure,complex operation and other issues,a portable mine gas outburst prediction instrument was designed to resolve an index to measure the gas analytical indicators K1 as the main function.STM32F103ZET6 was the control center of instrument,high-precision digital gauge measuring sensor MEAS1220 A was used to measure the outburst pressure,24 bit precision A/D converter ADS1218 was used to convert the sensor output voltage into digital signal and digital filtering,least squares fitting method was used for static calibration sensor.Measurement accuracy was greatly improved.Actual measurements in the mine show that the instrument was of high accuracy and resolution,stable performance,easy operation,low power consumption,rapid response and accurate forecasting results.
