Based on the characteristics of EPC coal mine fire control engineering project,with the application of system decomposition,brainstorming and similar engineering experience,risk factors were summarized and classified,and different coping strategies were applied for financial risk,quality risk,security risk and schedule risk in different stages of contract negotiations,procurement,subcontracting,project construction of the coal mine fire control engineering project based on EPC pattern,to provide protection for smooth implementation of the project.
