摘要
介绍了中国黄海、东海、南海的海域环境参数、污损生物分布特点,通过浅海挂板试验,考察了丙烯酸锌自抛光防污涂料在三海域的防污适应性,同时对防污涂料的耐淡水浸泡性、耐干湿交替性、铜离子渗出率进行了测试分析。测试结果表明,所制备的锌基自抛光防污涂料在黄海、东海、南海均具有较好的防污适应性,同时防污涂层具有较好的耐淡水浸泡和耐干湿交替性能。
Marine environment parameters and characteristics of fouling organisms distribution in the Chinese yellow sea,the east China sea,and the south China sea are introduced. Performances of homemade acrylic acid zinc polishing antifouling coating in the three waters were examined,meanwhile,the fresh water immersion resistance,dry- wet alternate resistance,and copper ion leaching rate were tested. Results show that the acrylic acid zinc polishing antifouling coating prepared show good perfor-mance in anti-fouling in the yellow sea,the east China sea and the south China sea,and the antifouling coating has good water soaking resistance and dry-wet alternate performance.
