摘要
收集不同油梨和羊奶果资源,对油梨和羊奶果果肉粗提物进行α-葡萄糖苷酶的体外抑制活性实验。结果表明:16份油梨果肉对α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制活性较弱,而9份羊奶果果肉对α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制活性较强,其中羊奶果6号对α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制活性最强,达到99.84%,仅次于阿卡波糖。
Persea americana and Elaeagnus conferta germplasm resources were collected and their fruits were extracted and used to determine their inhibition of α-glucosidase in vitro.The results showed that the crude pulp extracts from 16 accessions of P.americana had a weak inhibitory activities againstα-glucosidase while the crude pulp extracts from the 9 accessions of E.conferta had a high inhibitory activities against α-glucosidase.The crude pulp extract from Accession 6 of E.conferta was the highest in inhibition of α-glucosidase, with an inhibition rate of upto 99.84%, only next to that of acarbose.
