摘要
在油田开发过程中,应用套管扶正器是提高水平井、大斜度井套管居中度的重要技术措施。针对常用套管扶正器使用过程中存在的问题,急需研制出操作简单、扶正效果好的整体式半刚性扶正器和整体式弹性扶正器。通过扶正器技术分析、技术参数制定、材料优选、加工工艺分析和单件试制、室内评价实验及固井现场实验的有效开展,使得各项技术达到相关标准设计要求,从而有效解决了相关技术难题,具有很好的应用前景。
