摘要 针对河南油田注汽锅炉运行热效率已达87%,用传统的热力学第一定律已无节能潜力可挖的问题,运用热力学第二定律对油田注汽锅炉进行了 效率计算并对其影响因素进行的分析。测算分析表明,在注汽锅炉运行热效率已达87%时,其效率仅为42%,通过对锅炉 效率计算结果分析,找到了提高锅炉运行效率的有效途径。 according to the Henan oilfield operation of steam injection boiler thermal efficiency has reached 87%, with the traditional first law of thermodynamics has no such potential problems, the use of the second law of thermodynamics of efficiency of steam injection boiler on the analysis of influencing factors were calculated and.Calculation and analysis show that the thermal efficiency of steam injection boiler in operation has reached 87%, and its efficiency is only 42%, through the analysis of boiler efficiency, find an effective way to improve the operating efficiency of the boiler.
