摘要 随着社会不断的发展,我国经济发展水平逐渐提高,工业发展迅速,压力容器承受循环载荷的情况越来越多,压力容器的交变载荷主要来自于一些压力容器的压力波动、外加载荷的交变以及强迫振动。压力容器中的结构、格局会出现连续性的集中应力,尤其一些局部塑性区域就会出现疲劳裂纹的现象,从而导致压力容器出现疲劳破坏的现象发生。随着压力容器具有越来越高的耐热性、耐疲劳性、耐腐蚀性要求,这使压力容器疲劳分析设计地位日益突出。在对其设计工作时应该保证所制定的设计方案具有一定的针对性与综合性因素。基于此,对压力容器的疲劳分析设计进行了简单的研究。 with the continuous development of society, the level of China' s economic development has gradually increased, the rapid development of industry, the pressure vessel subjected to cyclic loading increasing pressure vessel alternating load mainly from the pressure fluctuation, pressure vessel with forced vibration and alternating load.In the structure and pattern of the pressure vessel, there will be continuous concentrated stress, especially in some local plastic regions, which will lead to the phenomenon of fatigue failure. With the increasing of heat resistance, fatigue resistance and corrosion resistance of pressure vessels, the fatigue analysis and design of pressure vessels are becoming more and more important.In the design of the work should ensure that the design of the program has a certain pertinence and comprehensive factors.Based on this, the fatigue analysis and design of pressure vessel is studied in this paper.
