安全仪表系统(SIS)作为一项现代化系统,能够实现对化工生产动态化监督和控制,实现对整个生产活动进行安全评估。从安全仪表系统概念入手,对SIL评估计算软件的设计进行分析,最后探讨在德固赛(是一家来自德国法兰克福的贵金属提炼公司)安全联锁系统功能安全评估中应用措施。
Safety Instrumented System (SIS), as a modem system, can realize the dynamic monitoring and control of chemical production, and realize the safety assessment of the whole production activities.This article from the concept of safety instrument system, the appraisal of the SIL analysis and design calculation software, finally discussed in (Degussa is from Germany Frankfurt precious metal refining company) application of safety interlock system functional safety assessment.
