摘要
对于大型化工企业而言,消防安全投入最优化,不仅能减少火灾事故,还能降低消防安全成本投入,有着良好的社会效益和经济效益。因此,以实现最优化消防安全投入为目的,根据安全经济学理论及消防安全管理要求,设计了化工企业消防安全投入四个基本指标,并以此为基础构建了消防安全投入最优化数学模型,以期借助这一模型确定消防安全最优化投入的合理比例,提高资金利用率。
For large chemical enterprises, fire safety investment optimization, not only can reduce the fire accident, but also reduce the cost of fire safety investment, has a good social and economic benefits.Between this, in order to achieve optimization of fire safety for the purpose of investment, according to the requirements of safety economics and fire safety management, designed four basic indicators of fire safety investment in chemical enterprises, and as a basis for building fire safety investment optimization mathematical model, with a reasonable proportion of period using this model to determine the fire safety investment optimization, improve the utilization of funds.
