摘要
近些年,我国的化工项目建设很多,工艺条件对压力、温度要求较苛刻。对危险化工工艺的安全设施要求较严格,联锁控制点也设计得较多,为了保证化工操作的安全,通过对危险化工工艺的安全设施、联锁控制点进行了简要介绍,对HAZOP分析的必要性和操作流程进行了分析,探讨了农药合成中的高危工艺控制措施,并进行了方案的优化设计。
