摘要
通过改进吡拉西坦的生产合成工艺,控制晶型,实现粒度料可控生产。选用高纯度的中间体反应物浓度,优选溶媒及配比,最终确定在异丙醇溶媒条件下,得到吡拉西坦成品。结果表明:成品经晶型结构确认,符合热力学最稳定的晶型Ⅲ,有效控制物料粒度(700~800)μm在95%以上,改进后的工艺产品纯度达到98%,晶型可控,粒度可控。
Objective : To improve the production and synthesis process of piracetam and control the crystal form to realize controlled production of granular materials.Methods : Piracetam was obtained by the method of high purity intermediate reagent concentration, solvent and ratio, and finally determined to be the solvent of isopropanol.RESULTS AND DISCUSSION : The crystal structure of the finished product was confirmed to be the most stable thermodynamically stable crystal form Ⅲ.The particle size of 700- 800 μm was over 95%.Tlae purity of the modified product reached 98%.The crystal size was controllable.
