电感耦合等离子体质谱法在测定磷矿石重金属测定中的应用分析 被引量:1

摘要 在磷矿石中含有大量重金属微量元素,其主要包括铜、锰、锌、镉和铬等多种元素。为更加准确测定磷矿石中的重金属元素,主要采用电感耦合等离子体制谱法,在实验测试过程中,主要使用HNO3-HCLO4-HF等混合酸溶液来进行消解,从中提取王水。为提高测定效果,不断优化和调整实验仪器最佳工作参数,利用铑元素作为内标元素,选择合适分析同位素,并利用干扰校正方程来去除质谱干扰因素,能有效抑制分析信号的漂移现象,运用这种方法检出的标准偏差为0.99%~1.98%,紧密度低于6%,加标回收率为96.2%~105.0%。 In the phosphate rock, there are a lot of heavy metal elements, which mainly include copper, manganese, zinc, cadmium and chromium, and so on.For the more accurate determination of heavy metal elements in phosphate rock, the paper mainly uses inductively coupled plasma In the course of the experiment, the main use of mixed acid solution to digest, from the extraction of aqua regia, in order to improve the determination of the effect, and constantly optimize and adjust the experimental parameters of the best experimental instruments, the use of rhodium elements as internal standard elements, select the appropriate Analysis of isotopes, and the use of interference correction equation to remove the mass spectral interference factors, can effectively inhibit the analysis of signal drift phenomenon, the use of this method to detect the standard deviation of 0.99% ~ 1.98%, compactness will be less than 6% The recoveries were 96.2%-105.0%.
