摘要
国内某青霉素制药企业生产废水中主要含有机物和硫酸盐,如果直接排放将导致严重污染。针对废水特点,并考虑其离居民区较近,采用二级活性污泥处理工艺,可减少对周围大气环境的影响。运行结果表明,废水经过该工艺处理后,水质指标达到了《污水综合排放标准》GB8978-1996的二级标准,处理效率高,运行稳定,环境影响小。
Domestic penicillin pharmaceutical production wastewater mainly contains organic matter and sulphate, if direct discharge will lead to serious pollution.For the characteristics of wastewater, and consider its close to the residential area, the use of secondary activated sludge treatment process, can reduce the impact on the surrounding atmospheric environment.The results show that the wastewater quality is up to the secondary standard of GB8978-1996, and the treatment efficiency is high and the environmental impact is small.
