摘要
利用TGDDM环氧树脂、双马来酰亚胺、2,2-双[4(4-氨基苯氧基)苯基]丙烷(BAPP)和KH550合成两种环境友好型无溶剂黏合剂。并对其黏度、凝胶化时间、电学性能、吸水率、拉伸剪切强度等性能进行了研究,得到了良好的结果。
The use of TGDDM epoxy resin, bismaleimide, 2, 2-double[4 （4-amino phenoxy） phenyl]propane （BAPP） and KH550 synthesis of two kinds of environmentally friendly non solvent adhesives.The viscosity, gelation time, electrical properties, water absorption and tensile shear strength were studied, and good results were obtained.
