摘要
针对30kt/a环氧氯丙烷和20kt/a环氧树脂的项目产出的高盐废水,采用辅生盐装置的中和过滤、三效蒸发工序处理合格后外排,简单介绍了三效蒸发的工作原理和流程,重点阐述了三效蒸发工序产生的一次蒸汽冷凝水的回收利用。
High-salt wastewater from the project with an annual output of 30, 000 tons (30kt/a) of epichlorohydrin and 20,000 tons (20kt/a) of epoxy resin was neutralized by the auxiliary salt plant, The working principle and process of the three-effect evaporation were briefly introduced, and the recovery and utilization of the primary steam condensate produced by the three-effect evaporation process was emphasized.
