In February 2017, the Shanghai Gold Exchange （SGE） saw transactions with a total value of 1165.604 billion yuan, up 44.92% year-on-year. In February, gold was traded 3031127.96 kilograms in the SGE, up 8.41% year-on-year; the trading value of gold stood at 833.594 billion yuan, up 18.13% year-on-year.
